Matt Furie is an American artist, illustrator, and cartoonist whose work blends childlike wonder, absurd humor, and psychedelic imagery. He is best known for his comic series Boy’s Club and its character Pepe the Frog. Furie has exhibited throughout the United States and Europe and is also the creator of the wordless children’s book The Night Riders.
