Dang Olsen is a self-taught artist and illustrator originally from Toledo, Ohio. Working primarily in ink and watercolor, he creates vibrant, surreal compositions populated by strange characters, symbolic forms, and dreamlike environments. Drawing inspiration from underground comics, fantasy illustration, meditation, and psychedelic experience, Olsen’s work invites viewers into worlds that feel at once playful, mysterious, and deeply personal.
