Return Policy


Plants

— All sales are final. In the case that a plants health declines within 7 days of purchase, please reach out and you may be eligible for a credit or exchange at the merchant's discretion.

All Other Goods:

— Purchased goods may be exchanged in original condition up to 7 days after their initial receipt for store credit and at the merchant's discretion, shipping fees not included. Buyer must pay return shipping cost.  All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please contact us to initiate the return process at info@publiclandstore.com.


Shipping

— We typically ship orders out within 1-2 business days, but occasionally could take up to a week. We are a small business, with a small team, and we all wear many hats. Thanks for your understanding.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and shipping service. You can select USPS or UPS services. All orders are shipped from Sacramento, CA.
